Following this treatment, the materials were dispatched to Poppy Paper’s Fukuyo plant, where they were blended with recycled paper in small proportions to manufacture toilet paper. Over a span of two months, the company churned out around 30,000 rolls of toilet paper, branded as the Shibushi Osaki Roll.
